For data export, account deletion, or account inquiries prior to 2027-01-31 23:51:51 HKT (UTC+8), please email hello@northlanternstudioapps.com. Do not include passwords, verification codes, or private chat logs.

Existing users who have the app installed have a 30-day window until 2026-12-02 23:51:51 HKT (UTC+8) to view and export their data or delete their accounts via the in-app portal.

After 2026-12-02 23:51:51 HKT (UTC+8), user service portals will close. Not all records will be automatically or permanently purged; transaction, tax, and compliance records will be retained as required by law. Customer support and this static notice will remain available until at least 2027-01-31 23:51:51 HKT (UTC+8).

2026-12-02 23:51:51 HKT (UTC+8) 截止後將關閉用戶服務入口，但系統不會自動永久刪除所有紀錄；交易及稅務等相關資料將依法保留。客服信箱與本靜態公告將至少保留至 2027-01-31 23:51:51 HKT (UTC+8)。
